Victims of Crime Counselling – Free Psychology Support in Victoria

Logic Lounge provides psychology services for individuals impacted by violence, abuse, and trauma under the Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) in Victoria. If you’ve experienced domestic violence, sexual assault, physical assault, or homicide-related trauma, our VOCAT-registered psychologists can support your recovery.

What Is VOCAT Counselling?

The Victims of Crime Assistance Tribunal (VOCAT) provides financial assistance to help people recover from violent crimes that occurred in Victoria. This may include funding for:

  • Psychological Counselling
  • Medical and safety-related expenses
  • Financial support for recovery

There is no need for a charge or conviction, but the incident must have been reported to the police or another support agency.

Who Is Eligible?

  • Victims of physical or sexual assault
  • Victims of domestic violence or abuse
  • Witnesses of violent crime
  • Family members of a deceased victim

You must reside in Victoria, and the crime must have occurred in VIC.

  2. Nominate Logic Lounge as your provider or contact us for help
  3. Once approved, your sessions will be funded through VOCAT
